کتنا کٹھن ہے یہ معیارِ زندگی
مرنا پڑتا ہے اک سچ ثابت کرنے کے لیے
بس روح نہیں نکلتی جنازہ تو اٹھ ہی جاتا ہے
مردہ قوموں کے ہاں ایسے تماشے اکثر ہوتے ہیں
پانی کی مثال سے پہلے شعر کی وضاحت
پانی
پانی پانی میں، پانی مٹی میں، اور مٹی مٹی میں حل ہو جاتی ہے یا مل جاتی ہے اس کا مطلب یہ ہے انسان جو کہ پانی اور مٹی سے مل کر بنا ہے وہ انسان فطرتی طور پر دوسرے انسانوں کے ساتھ مل جھل کر رہنے والا بنایا گیا ہے الگ تھلگ رہنے والا انسان اپنی فطرت اور قدرت سے سے کوسوں دور چلاجاتا ہے اس کا مطلب ہے کہ قدرت نے انسان کو دوسرے انسانوں سے (خدا کے بندوں سے) پیار کرنے اور مل جھل کر رہنے والا بنایا ہے الگ تھلگ رہنے والا نہیں۔

ہوا لیے پھرتے ہیں اندر سے خالی ہیں
جو تعصب، تکبر، اور دکھاوے سے ہٹ کر خدا کے بندوں سے پیار نہیں کرتا وہ انسان فطرت سے کوسوں دور دماغی(اعصابی)، قلبی، اور روحانی بیماریوں کا شکار ہو جاتا ہے۔ جو انسان فطرت سے یا دوسرے انسانوں سے دور بھاگتے ہیں یا دوسرے انسانوں سے کراہٹ محسوس کرتے ہیں ان کو سوائے اپنی ذات کے کچھ نظر نہیں آتا۔ اسکی وجہ شاید یہ ہوتی ہے کہ منفی سوچوں کی گندگی ان کے جسم کے صاف پانی کو بدبودار بنا دیتی ہیں جو کہ پاک صاف سوچوں والے (پاک صاف بہتے پانی) انسان کے ساتھ ملنے سے دور ہوتی ہے۔
آئیے مل کر سمجھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ کہ کیسے مل جھل کر رہنے سے پاک صاف سوچوں والا انسان (پاک صاف بہتا پانی) دوسرے انسانوں کی تعصب، تکبر، اور دکھاوے کی منفی سوچوں کی گندگی کو دھو دیتا ہے۔ جیسے پاک صاف بہتا پانی گندگی کو دھو دیتا ہے اسی طرح ایک اچھا پاک صاف انسان دوسرے انسانوں کی تعصب، تکبر، اور دکھاوے کی منفی سوچوں کی گندگی کو دھو دیتا ہے۔
پاک پانی ہی کرتا ہے نفس کی صفائی
خشیت الہی یا اللہ کریم کے خوف سے انسان کی آنکھ سےنکلنے والے آنسو یا پاک صاف بہتا پانی سے انسان اپنے اندر (نفس) کی صفائی کرتا ہے۔ اور جب صاف پانی آنسوئوں کی صورت میں بہنا بند ہو جائے تو کاہلی اور سستی والے پانی کی صورت آنکھ سے نکلتا ہے۔
اور آخر میں اللہ کریم سے دعا
اے اللہ کریم ہم تجھ سے تیرے آخری نبی حضرت محمد مصطفی صلى الله عليه وسلم کے وسیلے سے عافیت، علم، اور بہترین پاک رزق کا سوال کرتے ہیں۔ ہماری خطاؤں کو معاف فرما اور ہمیں ظالموں کے ظلم سے بچا۔

Dr. Muhammad R. Manwar (PhD) gained research experience and knowledge in rapidly emerging sciences, including hereditary disorders and cancers, genomics, bioinformatics, pharmacogenetics, bacteriology, food chemistry, and glycomics. In different capacities, he has served higher‑education institutions—including public universities—in Asia and the Middle East. He made editorial contributions to international health and life science journals as an Editor (e.g., Topic Editor). In collaboration with scientists from the UK, China, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, he published peer-reviewed articles on rapidly emerging facets of biomedical science in high-quality journals (e.g., Q1-/Q2-ranked). His publications have been cited in well-respected (Q1- and Q2-ranked) scientific journals. He has attended scientific conferences and meetings across Asia, the Gulf, and Europe. Moreover, he has been invited as a Keynote/invited speaker and session chair at international scientific events. In 2023, Dr. Muhammad delivered a keynote lecture at an international apitherapy conference, presenting medicinal applications to scientists and academicians (including editors) from Europe, Turkey, and other countries. In 2025, he spoke at an international food chemistry conference in Turkey and received invitations from international universities to lecture and explore collaborations. His profile is decorated with international awards, fellowships, and service on the scientific committee of an international conference. He has shared research insights with scientists from Asia, Europe, Turkey, and Africa. His research strengths span rapidly evolving sciences, including cancer glycobiology and genomics, food chemistry, hereditary disease genetics, bacteriology and immunology, apitherapy, pharmacogenetics, and public health genetics. Since 2012, he has been actively studying these fields to maximize potential health benefits for patients with hereditary disorders and cancer.
