اے میرے دور کے نوجوان سنبھل اب تو
سینا اور ابن الہیثم کا فلسفہ جان اب تو
تجھے بلکل بھی گھبرانا نہیں اپنوں سے پرائیوں سے
تجھے خود کو سمجھنا ہے دنیا کے پیمانوں سے
تجھے ابھی سنانے ہیں ترانے اپنے علم و حکمت کے
تجھے پھرسے رقم کرنے ہیں قصے اپنی کامرانیوں کے
اے میرے دور کے نوجوان
یہاں کب کس کو احساس ہے کسی کا
یہاں سب رشتے ناطے بس نام کے ہیں
جاہلوں کی دنیا ہے یہ
جہاں عقل والوں کا کام نہیں
سسکیاں لیتے مظلوم اورظالم عظیم الشان ہیں
یہاں نوکریوں کے لیے خوداریاں نیلام ہوتی ہیں
اور ذرخیز زمینوں پر سوسائٹیاں آباد ہوتی ہیں
صبروشکر کی دولت پر لٹیرے ڈاکے ڈالتے ہیں
ہمت اور استقامت جہاں دم توڑ جاتی ہیں
اے میرے دور کے نوجواں سنبھل اب تو
سینا اور ابن الہیثم کا فلسفہ جان اب تو
نئے دور کا آغاز تیرے ہی ہاتھوں میں ہے
اس دیس کا مستقبل تیرے ہی ہاتھوں میں ہے
اپنی پہچان پھر سے تو حاصل کر
کھول آنکھ اور رو ئے زمین کو پھر سے تسخیر کر
اپنے وطن کا نام دنیا کے نقشے پر لکھتا جا تو
اس کی محبت دل میں لیے ترقی کرتا جا تو
تجھے ابھی کئی زمانے سر کرنے ہیں
مشکلوں کے کئی دریا بھی عبور کرنے ہیں
تجھے بلکل بھی گھبرانا نہیں اپنوں سے پرائیوں سے
تجھے خود کو سمجھنا ہے دنیا کے پیمانوں سے
تجھے ابھی سنانے ہیں ترانے اپنے علم و حکمت کے

ڈاکٹر محمد اقبال کی شاعری سے متاثر ہو کر شاعر ڈاکٹر محمد آر منور نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار اپنی اس شاعری میں کیا۔ ڈاکٹر محمد اقبال کے بقول اس دیس میں اہلِ دل دماغی روشنی اور سوز و گداز سے خالی ہیں۔ لیکن مردان حق یعنی کارِ مرداں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ معاشرے میں عقلی روشنی اور دلی سوز و گداز پیدا کریں جبکہ کارِ دوناں یعنی بےشرم لوگ حیلے بہانوں سے کام لیتے ہیں ڈاکٹر محمد اقبال کے بقول۔
اہلِ دل اس دیس میں ہیں تیرا روز
کارِ مرداں روشنی و گرمی است
کارِ دوناں حیلہ و بے شرمی است ڈاکٹر محمد اقبال

ڈاکٹر محمد آر منور نے صحت اور میڈیکل سائنسز کے موضوعات پر دنیا کے متعدد ممالک میں بین الاقوامی سائنسدانوں کے ساتھ مل کر کام کیا اور برطانیہ، یورپ، چین، ملائیشیا اور سعودی عرب میں موجود تربیت یافتہ بین الاقوامی سائنسدانوں کے ساتھ مل کر سائنسی تحقیقات کو شائع کیا ہے۔ ہیلتھ سائنسز کے لیے اپنے شوق اور ذاتی محرک کی وجہ سے، انھوں نے صحت کے معتبر بین الاقوامی سائنسی جرائد (Scientific Journals) میں اپنے تحقیقی آئیڈیاز کو شائع کیا ہے۔ مصنف کی تحقیقی توجہ، سیکھنے، اور صحت کے علوم میں تیزی سے ارتقا پذیر موضوعات پر محیط ہیں، جن میں کینسر گلائکوبیولوجی اور جینومکس، وراثت میں ملنے والی بیماریاں، فارماکوجنیٹکس، فوڈ کیمسٹری، میڈیکل کیمسٹری، اور صحت عامہ میں جینیات تبدیلیاں شامل ہیں۔ سائنس اور معاشرے میں اپنی شرکت کو بڑھانے کے لیے، مصنف نے اعلیٰ معیار کے سائنسی جرائد میں اپنے تحقیقی نظریات اور تجربات کو شائع کیا ہے، اور انہیں بین الاقوامی سائنسی کانفرنسوں سمیت سائنسی تقریبات میں اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرنے کے لیے دنیا کے متعدد ممالک میں مدعو کیا گیا۔
Dr. Muhammad R. Manwar (PhD) gained research experience and knowledge in rapidly emerging sciences, including hereditary disorders and cancers, genomics, bioinformatics, pharmacogenetics, bacteriology, food chemistry, and glycomics. In different capacities, he has served higher‑education institutions—including public universities—in Asia and the Middle East. He made editorial contributions to international health and life science journals as an Editor (e.g., Topic Editor). In collaboration with scientists from the UK, China, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, he published peer-reviewed articles on rapidly emerging facets of biomedical science in high-quality journals (e.g., Q1- and Q2-ranked). His publications have been cited in well-respected (Q1 and Q2 ranking) scientific journals. He has attended scientific conferences and meetings across Asia, the Gulf, and Europe. Moreover, he has been invited as a Keynote/invited speaker and session chair at international scientific events. In 2023, Dr. Muhammad delivered a keynote lecture at an international apitherapy conference, presenting medicinal applications to scientists and academicians (including editors) from Europe, Turkey, and other countries. In 2025, he spoke at an international food chemistry conference in Turkey and received invitations from international universities to lecture and explore collaborations. His profile is decorated with international awards, fellowships, and service on the scientific committee of an international conference. He has shared research insights with scientists from Asia, Europe, Turkey, and Africa. His research strengths span rapidly evolving sciences, including cancer glycobiology and genomics, food chemistry, hereditary disease genetics, bacteriology and immunology, apitherapy, pharmacogenetics, and public health genetics. Since 2012, he has been actively studying these fields to maximize potential health benefits for patients with hereditary disorders and cancer.
